Steakhouse
Summit Steakhouse
This is the upscale dining spot in the casino, and it definitely caters to folks who want to slow down and enjoy a proper meal after hitting some big wins. The prime rib is exceptional—thick cut, perfectly marbled, and they don't skimp on the portion size like some casinos do. The atmosphere is sophisticated but not stuffy; you'll see business types in one corner and regular players celebrating wins in another. Their sefaood is fresh and well-prepared, with the Atlantic salmon and scallops being particularly strong choices that keep people coming back. The wine list focuses on Napa Valley selections, which makes sense given where you are, and the sommelier actually knows his stuff and won't push you toward overpriced bottles. Definately make a reservation if you're going on a Friday or Saturday, as they fill up quickly and walk-ins sometimes face hour-long waits.
